Nonprofit Startup

I am the youngest of seven children six girls one boy, four members of my family or disable my mother has had two strokes, father , diabetes ,sister has lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. I am looking for government funding to start a business that is run by 50% of disabled citizens who want to work part-time and contribute to their community. There are so many people who fall between the cracks that they cannot be seen by government officials city officials are some agencies that need to take a look at low income problems in our community for the homeless and disabled citizens that needs employment training and educational training to better their lives.
